Greenwich Communities and the Affordable Housing Complexity

Greenwich Communities, formerly the Greenwich Housing Authority, is a Town organization that provides affordable housing options to low-income residents in the Town of Greenwich, Greenwich Communities manages several housing complexes and works to ensure that all residents have access to safe, clean, and affordable housing options. Romeo commented on Connecticut’s 8-30g statute stating, "Let's stop the madness with overdevelopment. We want to keep the green in Greenwich. We want to take the hammer out of the hands of developers, and we believe we can do that. "I don't want to see that kind of development in the Town of Greenwich, and I think most of you don't want to see high-rises in the Town of Greenwich,"
