On
Wednesday, July 31, 2024, President Donald J. Trump held a rally in Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania giving a speech to a large crowd. Trump expresses his love for
America and praises the bravery of a firefighter named Corey who sacrificed
himself to protect his family from a shooter. The President also mentions
receiving a generous donation for Corey's family and leads the crowd in a
moment of silence in his honor.
President Trump rightly criticizes the Democratic Party, specifically targeting
Vice President Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee, as
a puppet candidate controlled by donors and power brokers. Trump reiterated his
loyalty to the American people and contrasts himself with politicians who can
be bought and are part of the establishment. The President also mocked a staged
phone call between Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, and Kamala Harris, calling it
out as phony.
Trump assured his supporters that he would be returning to Butler, Pennsylvania, the location of his attempted assassination at a recent rally.
