Stop Rewarding Illegal Aliens!

Under the Biden-Harris administration, illegal aliens have been allowed to enter the United States via the southern border and welcomed with open arms because the administration, via DHS, is making no attempt to halt illegal border crossings and tying the hands of Border Patrol agents who have been asking to close the border and have more resources deployed. While Democrats continue to downplay the literal invasion of the country by continually lying that the number of illegal aliens entering the United States has declined under Biden-Harris, statistics and the change in demographics prove otherwise.

Illegal aliens should not be rewarded for entering the US illegally. Rewarding illegal behavior only encourages more people to break the law and enter the country without going through the proper channels. In fact, entering the country illegally is a felony. By simply crossing the border and not going through a properly established entry, a crime has been committed. While American citizens and non-citizen residents must go through border check points to gain entry back into the country, illegal aliens need not do the same because our government has willfully abandoned its law enforcement duty. Keep in mind, the President’s first duty, and by extension Congress, is the safety of citizens and the country. Biden and Harris are purposely not protecting the country so they can push their radical agendas. Kamala Harris, appointed “Border Czar” by Biden, did absolutely nothing to close the border, stem the flow of the invasion and the increased flow of illegal drugs such as fentanyl, not to mention individuals on terror watch lists.

Illegal aliens should not be given benefits such as access to social services, healthcare, or education because doing so would undermine the rule of law. Allowing illegal immigrants to benefit from these services sends the wrong message that breaking the law is acceptable, thus encouraging more people to come to the US illegally. While Democrats preach to us about the “rule of law,” they are allowing this crisis to continue unabated. Illegal aliens that are encountered by border agents receive a court date seven to ten years in the future. The reality is most of these illegal border crossers will never see a court room proceeding as they continue further into the interior the U.S. Deportations are few and far between. Catch and release is the name of the game, if they are encountered that is. There is no firm number on the “got-aways.”

No, Biden and Harris’ Border Crisis Is Not Over Read

The severe strain on resources of providing benefits to illegal immigrants is mind boggling. The U.S. government is already overburdened with providing services to citizens and legal residents, and adding illegal aliens to the mix is only exacerbating this problem. Resources such as healthcare, education, and social services should be reserved for those who have followed the proper procedures to enter the country legally. Democrat controlled states, including Connecticut, have successfully proclaimed themselves as “sanctuary states.” Illegal aliens receive, at taxpayer expense, all the benefits and privileges of citizens and are often treated better than our Veterans, who truly deserve these benefits. Programs geared toward illegal aliens are funded through higher taxes. Illegal aliens receive everything from “free” cellphones, housing, clothing, food, rent assistance, education, healthcare, etc. Remember, all of these services are NOT free. They ARE taxpayer funded. Additionally, Democrat led states are issuing driver licenses and ID cards to illegal aliens. In other words, a person in the country illegally, does not have the ability to speak or understand the English language enough and is a felon has the privilege of obtaining a license to drive a motor vehicle.

Economically speaking, illegal aliens impact the job market and wages for American citizens. They are willing to work for lower wages, which can drive down wages for American workers in certain industries. By providing benefits to illegal aliens, the government is rewarding businesses that hire illegal aliens and perpetuating a cycle of exploitation and unfair competition in the job market. Many of these individuals do not pay taxes on their income because they are paid in cash and do not file taxes as required by law. Oftentimes, they operate “businesses” that are not registered, insured or have little to no overhead. This impacts legitimate business owners who follow the law and do the right thing. However, in this case, there is unfair competition.

In terms of national security and public safety, allowing illegal aliens to access social services and benefits makes it easier for criminals and terrorists to enter the country undetected. By not rewarding illegal aliens, the government can maintain greater control over who enters the country and ensure that those who do so are properly vetted and screened. There are documented cases across the country in which illegal aliens, including known gangs, have committed murders, assaults, theft and other crimes across the country. Without secure borders, deportations and enforcement, more of these crimes will occur. In Democrat led states, many criminals, including illegal aliens, never see bond with radical District Attorneys following woke and radical agendas.

Furthermore, by rewarding illegal aliens could lead to more people attempting to enter the country through dangerous means, such as crossing the border illegally or relying on human traffickers, also called “coyotes.” Human trafficking has risen and includes children as well as adults. Oftentimes, there is a level of servitude to pay off these traffickers in full. By making it clear that there are consequences for entering the country illegally and that benefits will not be provided to those who do so, the government can deter illegal immigration and protect the safety and well-being of those attempting to enter the US.

Needless to say, resources are being drained, classrooms are becoming overcrowded, healthcare costs are rising, crime is rising, more “anchor” babies to continue the cycle and our nation’s sovereignty being sold out.

The Biden-Harris administration is literally destroying the country. A Harris-Walz administration would continue the radical agenda of open borders and high crime. Harris’ claim that she will continue to build the wall is a complete lie. She knows it. We know it.

This needs to end and it needs to end now!

Stop the reward cycle and we will stop the illegal invasion.
