The first application by AGW Greenwich LLC on Greenwich Avenue for a second-floor use change from Salon to office has been withdrawn.
185 South Water Street LLC and 195 South Water Street LLC, for final Coastal site plans and special permits to create two-family housing, have been postponed. These items had a deadline of October 16th, but they have obtained an extension to the next meeting.
